Penne Kozlowski

Perth Manager
BEng Minerals Engineering

With over fifteen years of industry experience, Penne has worked in a number roles including process operations, research, projects, and risk management. She believes in that education can be used to empower people and after some time off to start a family, has been using her skills and experience to work in community science education.  

Believing that everyone has a responsibility to take care of the planet, Penne is currently undertaking her Master’s in Sustainability to create practical solutions to preserve our environment.


Kevin Toovey

Ecojobs Project Manager
Dip Conservation & Land Management; Cert IV Training & Assessment

Kevin enjoys using his wide range of skills to manage and expand Ecojobs Environmental Personnel Agency, Green Skills’ highly successful social enterprise. 

He has extensive experience in managing NRM projects and in operating an environmental labour hire enterprise.

Kevin is also responsible for Green Skills WSH compliance & training delivery, tender preparation for metropolitan based Ecojobs tenders, and related financial & personnel management.

Ben Atkinson

Ecojobs Supervisor
BSC Environmental Biology, Curtin University

Ben has been employed by Ecojobs since 2010.

He is an experienced Field Supervisor who oversees existing maintenance contracts and new environmental projects.

Ben has also worked as a Field Technician for the Department of Environment and Conservation, the Forest Products Commission, and the Department of Agriculture and Food.


Mystine Brown

Ecojobs Supervisor
Dip Environmental Monitoring and Technology

Winning the Whiteman Park Environmental Award for the most Outstanding Graduate in 2013 and again 2014, Mystine uses her knowledge undertaking weed removal, planting and natural resource management in the field

Anna Thomas

Ecojobs Project Officer

Anna is an experienced administrative project officer and field supervisor with particular interest in endangered fauna.

In addition to working as a Team Leader in bush regeneration, Anna contributes to the administration, spreadsheet and database maintenance and Workplace Health and Safety compliance for Green Skills. 

Suriya Khan

Administration Assistant
Dip Legal Studies

Pior to living in Perth, Suriya worked in Karratha as a site security/administration officer.

She has a personal interest in sustainable living principles which she as been able to strengthen through her ongoing Bachelor of Law & Bachelor of Arts (Community Development studies.

Jan van der Walt

Ecojobs Supervisor
BSc Environmental Science

Jan is an experienced field supervisor and environmental officer with a particular interest in endangered fauna and flora. Jan is an experienced team leader and Ecojobs project manager.


Jan has exceptional capabilities in doing GIS operation, erosion control, weed mapping and control, bush regeneration and WSH compliance.

Steven Spragg

Ecojobs Supervisor
BSc Conservation and Wildlife Biology

Steven is an experience Field Supervisor with an avid interest in Bird Watching which compliments his knowledge in native vegetation. Steven has used his extensive knowledge and experience working on the Swan Coastal Plain and Darling Scarp to help him develop an extensive indigenous native garden in his backyard. una.

James Gentle

Project Manager Denmark Tip Shop Manager

James is committed to the reduction of landfill and the reuse, recycling or upcycling of everyday items. James, a lateral thinker, actively promotes the Tip Shop philosophy through creative arts projects and collaborative ventures with community and school groups in the area.

Jasmyn Kirkman

Payroll Officer

Jasmyn has been working for many years with Green Skills Albany Ecojobs and has recently expanded her employment role with Green Skills to become our new Payroll Officer. Jasmyn will be sharing her working time between the Green Skills Denmark and Albany offices.  Her role of payroll officer will be mostly undertaken from the Denmark office.

Nicole Robinson

Finance Manager

Nicole has recently joined Green Skills as our new finance manager. Her organisation-wide role of managing the Green Skills finances is delivered from the Denmark office. Nicole is warmly welcomed into the Denmark office team.
