Michelle began her Green Skills journey in 2021 initially as Albany Containers for Change Supervisor. When Green Skills took on the Denmark site in 2023, Michelle took on its leadership and community engagement. Michelle has an analytical science and management background and a passion for the environmental benefits associated with Green Skills recycling projects and community education.
