Nicolas Fleury

Perth Operations Manager

Born in France, Nico began his working life as a Pastry Chef leading teams in Michelin Star restaurants. On migrating to Australia, Nico continued to work as a Pastry Chef, even baking a Birthday Cake for His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales.

In 2020, Nico’s passion for the environment came to the forefront and started working with Green Skills Perth. Nico uses his exceptional management skills to lead teams in the field and engage is his passion for the environment. In 2023, Nico became Perth Operations Manager.

Jodie joined Green Skills in 2022 as a trainee who immediately excelled. With an impressive career spanning several industries, Jodie quickly became a team leader and in 2024, was promoted to be Project Manager: Ecojobs Perth.

Jodie is responsible for WHS compliance, in-house training, tender preparation, scheduling, personnel management, procurement and preparing quotes.

Jodie has a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience spanning thirty years in tattoo shop management, hospitality, fitness and child care. Jodie is a life long learner that has also studied food science and nutrition. Jodie is passionate about her dogs, baking and native gardening.

Kevin Toovey

Casual Ecojobs Specialist
Dip Conservation & Land Management; Cert IV Training & Assessment.

Kevin enjoys using his wide range of skills to manage and expand Ecojobs Environmental Personnel Agency, Green Skills’ highly successful social enterprise.

He has extensive experience in managing NRM projects and in operating an environmental labour hire enterprise.

In 2024, Kevin retired from the role of Project Manager- Ecojobs Perth. Kevin remains part of the Perth team: covering leave and working on special projects.

Rob Ward

Environmental Technician

Rob has been with Green Skills for over 13 years and is a valuable member of the team. He has experience in all aspects of environmental management. Rob enjoys watching the seedlings he planted at regular client sites thrive in the restoration of native bushland.
