Jodie Gould – Ecojobs Manager

  Jodie joined Green Skills in 2022 as a trainee and immediately excelled. With an impressive career spanning several industries, Jodie quickly became a team leader and in 2024, was promoted to be Project Manager: Ecojobs Perth.

  Jodie is responsible for WHS compliance, in-house training, tender preparation, scheduling, personnel management, procurement and preparing quotes.

  Jodie has a wealth of skills, knowledge and experience spanning thirty years in tattoo shop management, hospitality, phlebotomy, fitness and child care. Jodie is a life long learner that has also studied food science and nutrition.

Nicolas Fleury – Perth Operations Manager

Born in France, Nico began his working life as a Pastry Chef working in Michelin Star restaurants. Nico is passionate about the environment and sustainability and subsequently had a career change in 2020, commencing with Green Skills. 

With Green Skills, Nico demonstrates his commitment to environmental best practice, exceeding client expectations, creatively solving problems and fostering an inclusive, supportive team in Perth. In his time with Green Skills, Nico advanced to Team Leader, Ecojobs Manager and most recently, Perth Operations Manager. 

Kevin Toovey – Casual Ecojobs Specialist

• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment

Kevin commenced as Ecojobs manager in January 2008. In 2024, Kevin retired from the full time position and elected to remain in Green Skills’ orbit as a casual. He has many years experience in recruiting, selecting, training and inducting staff for environmental, contracting and labouring type work.

Kevin has extensive experience managing environmental projects in the south of the state. Projects include managing remnant vegetation and large-scale restoration which has included weed control programs, fencing, planting and seed collection operations.

Kevin also previously operated a rural contracting business for 20 years.
