Green Skills partnered with Karrak Consulting in developing and delivering the Goldfields Esperance Development Commission funded program for 15 men and women from the Goldfields-Esperance providing leadership in regional engagement through culture and the arts.
3 x three-day workshops were held at Morapoi Station north of Menzies, Kalgoorlie and Esperance where participants engaged in private coaching, and in project groups between the weekend gatherings.
Feedback from all of the participants was outstanding, most are engaged in ongoing project work in collaboration with others from the program.
Participants also contributed to further development and implementation of the Goldfields-Esperance Arts and Culture Framework 2015-2020.
Green Skills have provided services including manual and chemical weed control, Fire Access Way maintenance, pruning, watering, lake and bushland litter removal and cleanups. More recently they have provided temporary personnel under the WALGA preferred supplier contract. Their performance has always been to a high standard in a range of tasks.
The personnel they have available are at or above the required level of knowledge, training and skills for the works requested. Their Team Leaders are professional and communication and administration requirements have at all times been to a high standard. I highly recommend Green Skills Inc based on my experience with them.
